China, growing with unstability

3 years later, come back to china again. I don't doubt the potential of this great country, especially the new leadership seems stand firmly on the ground, many long expected policies, with measurable index too, eg. Newly announced to reduce the gap of income:

Just as Bill Gates pointed out in his latest annual letter, measurable is important, as it will help in progress review and adjust timely. 

Anyway, I don't doubt Chinese people will be richer and have more domestic spending. I saw the income and spending is much higher than years ago, although spending even higher. I think we can still bet on the future, as there is so many money here. 

But, another worrying sign, even in Xiamen, also have many empty buildings. Property will not be a good investment in decades.
